3up3down grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chartr on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Chartr includes 2 free charts with full access to charting, reports, stats, and exports. The guided sample chart does not count toward this limit. After the free charts are used, a one-time purchase is required to start new charts. Charts you have already made remain viewable.
A one-time purchase of $9.99 USD unlocks Pitching Charts permanently on all devices associated with your Apple Account, and is available to your Family Sharing group. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the time of purchase confirmation. This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. Pricing may vary by region based on Apple's App Store pricing.
If you reinstall Chartr or use a new device, you can restore your purchase at no cost using the "Restore" option in the app. You must be signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
You agree to use Chartr only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Charts, rosters, and reports you create belong to you. They are stored on your devices and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account. 3up3down has no access to them. You are responsible for the information you enter and share, including player names.
Chartr's reports and statistics are based entirely on the data you enter and are provided for informational and coaching purposes. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for pitch-count rules or arm-care guidance from your league, coaches, or medical professionals.
Chartr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 3up3down does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3up3down shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Chartr, including any loss of data.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available at this URL.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
